Stars in Coma is a swedish indiepop project with one permanent member: André Brorsson. André made his first CDR release back in 2005 with the debut EP “Gizmo Goes To War” (Popkonst Recordings). In 2006 Stars in Coma released two CDR albums (“My Sunshine Years” and “Monotone of the Rain”) and a digital EP called “Velvet Mountains”. In 2007 the independent German film “Superhelden” used a couple of songs from this EP for its soundtrack. In march 2008, the Swedish indie label Music Is My Girlfriend released an album called “You’re Still Frozen in Time”. This album is a mixture between new compositions and old re-worked songs. The band also did a small of Italy in March 2008 to support this release.
In the beginning of 2009 the EP “Death and Hope” was released on the Brazilian record label Bolinhas Records, followed by the new album “Sisters” (once again released by Music Is My Girlfriend). The band is nowadays a full-fledged live act and have over the years played shows in cities such as London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Newcastle, Malmoe and Lund. The live band consists of Mattias Lidehäll (guitar, bass), Håkan Carlsson (Drums), Lisa Bouvier (Bass, guitar) and André on vocals and everything else.
Along with his solo career, André plays keyboard in Lisa Bouvier and the Pop Messengers. He also works as a producer and mix/mastering engineer for other bands and artists such as Tiny Tide, Stella By Starlight, Tvivelfront and many others.

Stars in Coma är ett indiepopband med endast en fast medlem: André Brorsson. André har givit ut småskaliga releaser på olika indie-bolag sedan 2005. Stars in Coma har sedan 2007 gjort olika typer av liveframträdanden och har bland annat spelat i Newcastle, London, Köpenhamn, Stockholm och Malmö. Den 12:e mars 2008 släpptes albumet ”You’re Still Frozen in Time” och det innehåller både gamla nyinspelade låtar blandat med nya kompositioner. I samband med detta gjordes en kortare Italien-turné. I januari 2009 gavs EP:n ”Death and Hope” ut på det brasilianska bolaget Bolinhas Records och den 4:e maj släpptes albumet ”Sisters”, uppföljaren till ”You’re Still Frozen in Time”.
André spelar också keyboard i Lisa Bouvier and The Pop Messengers. Han är också verksam som producent och mixtekniker för andra artister som till exempel Tiny Tide, Stella By Starlight, Tvivelfront och många andra.
